Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategies to enhance our brand presence and reach our target audience.
Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement.
Analyze content performance and user engagement metrics to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies.
Monitor competitor activities and industry news to stay informed and adapt tactics as needed.
Keep track of content analytics and report on key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as journalism, marketing, or communications.
Prior experience in content strategy, copywriting, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to develop compelling storytelling narratives.
Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
