Position: Talent and Sustainability Coordinator

Location: Utah, United States


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent within the organization.
  • Collaborating with departments to assess workforce needs and partnering with environmental teams to drive sustainable practices in talent management.
  • Conducting employee engagement initiatives with a focus on environmental stewardship, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Leading educational programs and training on sustainability practices and corporate social responsibility.
  • Establishing relationships with educational institutions and organizations to promote talent development and environmental awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Human Ecology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent development, sustainability, or related fields within a corporate environment.
  • An understanding of environmental policy, sustainable business practices, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a strong focus on collaboration and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to analyze data, assess key performance metrics, and contribute to the development of a sustainable talent management strategy.
