Position: Talent and Sustainability Coordinator

Location: Utah, United States

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing strategies for attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent within the organization.
Collaborating with departments to assess workforce needs and partnering with environmental teams to drive sustainable practices in talent management.
Conducting employee engagement initiatives with a focus on environmental stewardship, diversity, and inclusion.
Leading educational programs and training on sustainability practices and corporate social responsibility.
Establishing relationships with educational institutions and organizations to promote talent development and environmental awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Human Ecology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in talent development, sustainability, or related fields within a corporate environment.
An understanding of environmental policy, sustainable business practices, and talent management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a strong focus on collaboration and strategic thinking.
Ability to analyze data, assess key performance metrics, and contribute to the development of a sustainable talent management strategy.
