Strategic Engagement Specialist

The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Strategic Engagement Specialist. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing effective communication and outreach efforts, we are looking for a candidate who will specialize in strategic engagement initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic communication plans to engage stakeholders and the public
Identify key areas for media relations and engagement opportunities
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging
Create compelling content for various communication channels to promote the agency's mission and initiatives
Analyze and assess the impact of communication strategies and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in media monitoring and analysis tools
Experience in engaging diverse stakeholder groups and addressing their communication needs
