Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the planning and execution of real estate development projects in Jämtlands län, ensuring adherence to high quality standards and strict timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the entire project lifecycle, including site selection, due diligence, design, construction, and leasing activities.
Drive strategic initiatives to identify and evaluate new real estate opportunities, conduct market analysis, and develop innovative concepts for sustainable and profitable development.
Manage relationships with external partners, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
Establish and maintain strong connections with local communities and stakeholders to ensure projects align with the region's needs and integrate successfully within the local environment.
Oversee project budgets and financial performance, providing accurate reporting and risk assessments to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a distinct advantage.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex real estate and construction projects, preferably within the Scandinavian region.
Extensive experience in project management, financial analysis, and negotiations with a deep understanding of real estate development principles and practices.
Demonstrated leadership aptitude, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and build strong partnerships.
Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen, combined with a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Swedish, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
