Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture partnerships with cultural organizations, educational institutions, and governmental bodies
Coordinate cultural exchange events, workshops, and initiatives
Facilitate communication and collaboration between international and local participants
Provide support for visiting artists, scholars, and cultural ambassadors
Contribute to the development of strategies for cultural diplomacy and global engagement
Advocate for the integration of cultural initiatives with broader socio-political agendas

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience in international relations, cultural exchange, or related areas
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus
Passion for promoting cultural understanding and collaboration
