Position: Culinary Experience Curator

Responsibilities:

Design and execute innovative dining experiences inspired by international, regional, and seasonal cuisines
Collaborate with nutritionists and dietitians to ensure meals align with dietary and nutritional requirements
Oversee kitchen operations and manage a talented team of culinary professionals
Source and select high-quality, sustainable ingredients from local vendors and producers
Participate in menu planning, ensuring a diverse and enticing array of options for all dietary needs
Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the culinary department

Qualifications:

Has extensive culinary experience in a high-volume, high-quality dining environment
Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
Understands the importance of dietary requirements and nutritional guidelines in meal planning
Is committed to sustainable and ethical sourcing practices
