Key Responsibilities:

As a Rewards and Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing employee rewards and benefits programs, including insurance, wellness initiatives, and retirement plans
Developing and enforcing safety and health protocols in alignment with regulatory standards
Collaborating with management and HR to drive employee engagement in safety programs
Conducting regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in our rewards and benefits offerings
Providing advice and support to employees regarding their rewards and benefits
