Position Available: Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at Wopfinger Transportbeton Wels GesmbH as a Community Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work within a diverse and inclusive environment, fostering connections and engagement within our local communities. As a key liaison, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with various community groups, local government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to promote dialogue, understanding, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to support our commitment to diversity and inclusion
Facilitate partnerships with multicultural community organizations and initiatives
Organize and manage outreach events to promote cross-cultural understanding and cooperation
Collaborate with local government representatives and nonprofit agencies to identify and address community needs
Coordinate volunteer efforts and philanthropic activities to benefit underserved populations
Evaluate and report on the impact of community engagement activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public administration, or related field
Demonstrated experience in community outreach and engagement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Understanding of nonprofit and government sectors
Fluency in German and English is required
