About the Role

As a Site Development Specialist at Nordlandssykehuset HF, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of our facility's physical environment. This includes managing infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering an environment that prioritizes safety and functionality.

Responsibilities

Lead site development projects from conception to completion
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
Facilitate permit acquisitions and regulatory compliance
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for projects
Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards
Contribute to the development of long-term facility plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field
Proven experience in site development, construction management, or related role
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
