Job Description:

Identify and recruit top-tier candidates across various departments within the organization
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
Utilize innovative sourcing methods to expand the candidate pool and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services or similar industry
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in recruitment and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
