In this role, you will serve as a key conduit between our organization and potential candidates, fostering relationships and championing the growth of our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand personnel needs and identify suitable candidates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
Enhance our employer brand through engaging recruitment initiatives
Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different levels
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Passion for environmental initiatives and sustainability is a plus
