Position: Wellness Services Coordinator
Job Description:
- Plan, implement, and oversee health and wellness programs for seniors and adults within the community
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality wellness services
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing wellness programs and propose improvements
- Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance with health-related services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Experience working with aging and adult populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for promoting health and wellness within the community
