We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainable Development Manager to join our team. Role Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the sustainability of our construction and real estate projects
Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to integrate environmentally friendly practices into our projects
Research and recommend innovative green technologies and materials for construction
Monitor and evaluate the environmental impact of our projects
Advise on sustainable design and construction practices to ensure minimal ecological footprint
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to sustainable development in the construction and real estate sector

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or related field
Demonstrated experience in implementing sustainable practices within the construction or real estate industry
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and influence teams towards sustainable practices
Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable development
