We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at Tampereen Pyrintö as a Community Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to community development and empowerment.

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with stakeholders, community members, and local organizations. Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to enhance community involvement and drive sustainable impact initiatives. You will have the chance to lead and oversee various engagement programs, ensuring that our organization remains at the forefront of community development in Pirkanmaa.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain partnerships with local community groups, nonprofits, and government agencies
Plan and execute community events, workshops, and outreach programs
Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement strategies with organizational goals
Analyze and report on the impact of community engagement initiatives
Contribute to the development of innovative approaches to community empowerment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience in community outreach, organizing, or related areas within a nonprofit or public sector setting
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
A passion for community development and a keen interest in driving positive change
