Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning and implementation of community development programs
Forge partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and businesses to facilitate community growth
Oversee fundraising activities and grant applications to support community projects
Advocate for policy changes to improve the overall well-being of the region's residents
Manage a team of passionate individuals dedicated to community development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public administration, or related fields (Master's preferred)
Proven experience in project management, community engagement, and leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of government processes and nonprofit operations
Passion for driving positive change and fostering community empowerment
