Responsibilities:

Research and identify emerging culinary trends
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and perfect new menu items
Conduct taste tests and gather feedback to refine recipes
Stay updated on industry best practices and flavor innovations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food development environment
