Responsibilities:
- Research and identify emerging culinary trends
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and perfect new menu items
- Conduct taste tests and gather feedback to refine recipes
- Stay updated on industry best practices and flavor innovations
Requirements:
- Passion for culinary innovation and experimenting with flavors
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food development environment
- Keen attention to detail and a discerning palate
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
