In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in the company's growth by identifying and attracting top-tier talent within our industry.

What you'll be doing:

Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to source, attract, and hire high-caliber candidates.
Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
Utilizing a range of sourcing techniques including networking, referrals, events, and social media to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Evaluating resumes and applications, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating in-person interviews.
Building strong relationships with potential candidates and participating in job fairs and networking events.
Guiding candidates through the hiring process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

What we're looking for:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and various recruiting tools.
A deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
