Job Title: Outdoor Experience Ambassador
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting program participants with a warm and friendly approach
- Organizing and leading outdoor activities, fostering a spirit of adventure and teamwork
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all visitors
- Maintaining clean and inviting communal spaces
- Providing assistance to leadership team in ensuring smooth program operations
Requirements:
- Passion for the outdoors and creating meaningful experiences for others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment
