Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to promote community empowerment initiatives

Evaluate project outcomes and provide detailed reports on progress
Act as a liaison between government entities and community organizations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in community development, social sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in project management and community engagement
Knowledge of local government procedures and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
