Job Title: Development Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of new campus construction and renovation projects
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development activities
- Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and various stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for potential real estate ventures
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with development projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or related fields
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Strong understanding of real estate development processes and construction principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
