Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced professional to join our team in Madrid as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to support Santander's growth and vision for the future. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the organization through strategic talent acquisition and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process
Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates, utilizing various channels and tools
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, providing thorough evaluations to hiring teams
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse workforce
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a large corporate environment
Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent across various business functions
Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
