Aosta Valley Department of Tourism and Culture is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Natural Resource Specialist. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the preservation and management of the natural resources within Aosta Valley.

Responsibilities:

Conducting environmental impact assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations
Developing and implementing strategies for sustainable resource management
Identifying and analyzing geological formations and their impact on the environment
Collaborating with local communities and stakeholders to promote conservation efforts
Evaluating the ecological impact of tourism and cultural activities
Providing expertise on environmental conservation and geological features within the region

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences, Environmental Management, or related field
Strong understanding of geological concepts and their applications in environmental conservation
Experience in conducting environmental assessments and interpreting geological data
Ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences
