Construction Project Manager
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional projects in the built environment? Veneto-Friuli Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the successful delivery of construction projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams and activities
- Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Fluency in Italian and English
