Role Overview:

Design and manage collaborative projects with various stakeholders in the public sector to enhance technological skill development.
Lead the development and implementation of professional training programs tailored to government and nonprofit employees.
Facilitate strategic partnerships and build networks within the public sector to ensure the program's success.
Provide mentorship and coaching to program participants, guiding them towards professional growth and advancement within their respective fields.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in program management, preferably in a government or nonprofit context.
Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the public sector, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of professional development strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building relationships and fostering collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and improvement within a professional development setting.
