We are seeking a Social Impact Innovator to spearhead change, championing social development and empowerment within our communities.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to steer the course of transformative social evolution, working with a dedicated team, leveraging modern methodologies and deepening our roots within the region.

Role Overview:

Design, implement, and manage innovative programs aimed at tackling homelessness and social exclusion.
Cultivate partnerships with local authorities, businesses, and NGOs to drive social impact initiatives.
Demonstrate a keen understanding of regional challenges, proposing and leading initiatives to effect positive change.
Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, influencing public policy and advocating for marginalized communities.
Contribute to strategic planning, ensuring measurable and impactful outcomes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

A proven track record of effecting social change, ideally within a non-profit or governmental setting.
Strategic thinking with an ability to identify and pursue innovative approaches to complex societal issues.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of fostering collaborations and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
A commitment to tackling social injustice and a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding poverty and homelessness.
Fluency in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
An advanced degree in social sciences, public policy, or a related field is preferred.
