We are currently looking for a Facilities Development Specialist to contribute to the growth and development of our organization. As a Facilities Development Specialist at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, you will play a critical role in the optimization and expansion of our infrastructure, fostering a robust environment for our mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute site development projects in alignment with organizational goals.
Identify and assess real estate opportunities, including evaluating land acquisitions and facility expansions.
Coordinate with external vendors, architects, and contractors to oversee construction and renovation initiatives.
Analyze facility performance metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize resource utilization.
Assess regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
Develop and implement sustainable facility management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Engage in strategic facilities planning to support the long-term vision and growth of the organization.
Contribute to the development of cost-effective and environmentally friendly facility solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in facilities development, real estate assessment, or construction management.
Adept at project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Proficient in conducting feasibility studies and site suitability assessments.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to think strategically and contribute to the integration of sustainable practices.
Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on innovative and forward-thinking solutions.
