As the Community Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and cooperation between various stakeholders, including local businesses, organizations, and residents. Your leadership will be instrumental in implementing strategies that enhance community well-being and drive sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engagement initiatives that promote community involvement and empowerment
Foster strong partnerships with local businesses and nonprofits to support shared goals and initiatives
Lead efforts to expand outreach and enhance communication for civic involvement
Collaborate with community leaders to address key issues and drive impactful solutions
Organize and oversee community events and initiatives that promote civic pride and involvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field
Proven experience in community engagement, project management, or related areas
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering community growth and collaboration
Understanding of local government processes and regulations
Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that support community well-being
