At the heart of Communication and Advocacy, you will play a crucial role in crafting narratives that elevate our mission and engage a diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute compelling storytelling strategies across various platforms
Create captivating content for digital media, including social media, blogs, and newsletters
Collaborate with teams to shape communication materials that align with organizational goals
Identify and leverage opportunities for media outreach, building relationships with journalists and influencers
Monitor and analyze the impact of storytelling efforts, adjusting strategies as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
Proven experience in crafting engaging narratives, preferably within the non-profit sector
Demonstrated ability to tailor storytelling to diverse audiences with cultural sensitivity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in multimedia storytelling tools and platforms
Passionate about social justice and human rights
