Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
