Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies that target diverse talent pools
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring plans

Build and maintain partnerships with cultural organizations and community groups to enhance our outreach
Evaluate and improve existing recruitment processes to optimize multicultural talent acquisition

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition with a focus on diversity and inclusion
Strong understanding of multicultural recruitment principles and best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
