We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Coordinator.
Position: Community Engagement Coordinator
Location: Lombardy, Italy
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community members and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to promote housing initiatives
- Organize and lead community events to foster connections and gather feedback
- Support the development and execution of social housing programs and projects
- Advocate for inclusive and sustainable housing policies through public speaking and written communication
- Contribute to the overall mission of providing accessible and affordable housing for all
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, public policy, urban planning, or a related field
- Proven experience in community outreach, event coordination, or advocacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Passion for social justice and housing equality
- Fluency in Italian and English
