We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Coordinator.

Position: Community Engagement Coordinator

Location: Lombardy, Italy

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community members and key stakeholders
Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to promote housing initiatives
Organize and lead community events to foster connections and gather feedback
Support the development and execution of social housing programs and projects
Advocate for inclusive and sustainable housing policies through public speaking and written communication
Contribute to the overall mission of providing accessible and affordable housing for all

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in social work, public policy, urban planning, or a related field
Proven experience in community outreach, event coordination, or advocacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for social justice and housing equality
Fluency in Italian and English
