Hello and welcome to Highveld Mall! We are currently seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Engagement Specialist. If you have a keen eye for talent, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for teamwork, then you might just be the perfect fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs
Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates
Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments
Manage onboarding processes for new employees
Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates and employees
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement
Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
