We are seeking a creative and passionate individual to join Helsinki Clean Energy Group as an Exclusive Dining Experience Curator. As a curator, you will oversee the creation and execution of unparalleled dining experiences, focusing on sustainability and innovation within the culinary world. This role goes beyond traditional hospitality management, as it requires a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how food and beverage contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement unique dining concepts that align with our commitment to sustainability and clean energy practices
Collaborate closely with culinary experts, local producers, and suppliers to source high-quality, eco-friendly ingredients
Create and curate seasonal menus that showcase local flavors and innovative cooking techniques
Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new, environmentally conscious practices into our dining experiences
Manage and optimize food and beverage operations to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a high-end dining environment or similar food-related ventures
A passion for sustainable culinary practices and a deep knowledge of organic, local, and seasonal ingredients
An innovative approach to creating dining experiences that captivate and delight guests
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a dedicated team
An understanding of energy-efficient kitchen practices and a commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of our operations
A track record of successful collaboration with local farms, wineries, and other key suppliers
