About the Role

As the Facilities Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, design, and construction of our healthcare facilities. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and renovation of existing infrastructure.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of healthcare facility regulations and best practices
