Position Available: Community Outreach Specialist


We are looking for a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of community engagement, a passion for service, and a keen awareness of social issues. The ideal candidate should have experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy. Your role will involve working closely with local communities, government agencies, and partner organizations to build relationships and drive impactful initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote iCare's mission and initiatives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify community needs and develop tailored programs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local leaders, organizations, and governmental bodies
  • Organize and lead community events, workshops, and advocacy campaigns
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adapt strategies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in community development, volunteer management, or related roles
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
