Jura Fine Arts School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Diversity-Focused Cultural Heritage Researcher.

Role Description:
- Conducting research on cultural heritage and its relationship to the environment within the Jura region
- Identifying and documenting geological and environmental factors that have influenced cultural development in the Jura area
- Engaging in interdisciplinary collaborations with artists, historians, and environmental scientists to explore the intersection of cultural heritage and geology
- Contributing to inclusive educational programs and workshops centered around multiculturalism and the environment
- Communicating research findings through publications, presentations, and public engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Cultural Studies, History, Anthropology, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in environmental or geological research with a focus on cultural heritage
- Experience working in multicultural settings and a strong understanding of diversity issues
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- A genuine passion for promoting multicultural understanding and environmental awareness
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus
