Position Overview

As a Professional Development and Community Engagement Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our internal teams and external partners to formulate, implement, and manage programs that promote community development and professional growth. Your responsibilities will include designing outreach initiatives, coordinating events, and developing relationships with local stakeholders.

Key Duties

Develop and execute community engagement strategies
Lead the planning and management of professional development events
Facilitate collaborations with local government agencies and non-profit organizations
Evaluate and report on the impact of community initiatives
Maintain an active presence within the local community

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
Demonstrated experience in project management and community engagement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to navigate collaborations and partnerships with diverse stakeholders
