Ceuta Community Arts Center, located in the vibrant city of Ceuta in Spain, is seeking a motivated and experienced Global Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As the Global Outreach Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead our international initiatives and work towards fostering cross-cultural engagement and artistic exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for expanding our global network of partnerships with cultural organizations, artists, and institutions.
Coordinate international events, exhibitions, and collaborative projects.
Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities for international programs and initiatives.
Conduct research on global artistic trends and international best practices in arts management.
Work with the marketing team to create compelling content for global audiences.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
Proven experience in international project management, cultural exchange programs, or global outreach initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
A passion for arts and culture with a keen interest in global artistic trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
