About the Role:

As a Policy and Advocacy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing policy decisions at local, national, and international levels. Your responsibilities will include researching and analyzing government policies, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving advocacy initiatives to support our organization's objectives. You will have the opportunity to lead and participate in various strategic efforts that contribute to the advancement of our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective advocacy strategies to influence public policy.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and provide insights to internal teams.
Build and maintain relationships with government officials, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and present policy recommendations and briefings to senior management.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive impactful advocacy campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in policy analysis, advocacy, or government relations.
Strong understanding of the legislative process and public policy landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proven ability to influence and drive change in complex environments.
