Environmental Culinary Ambassador

As an Environmental Culinary Ambassador at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable practices within culinary settings, fostering partnerships with local restaurateurs, and sharing innovative techniques that promote sustainability without compromising on culinary excellence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Collaborating with renowned chefs and culinary experts to develop sustainable cooking practices
Conducting workshops and sessions to educate chefs and kitchen staff about environmentally friendly culinary methods
Participating in community outreach programs to promote sustainable cooking and food preservation
Researching and implementing environmentally conscious packaging and food storage solutions
Supporting the development of eco-friendly kitchen equipment and appliances
Contributing to the company's sustainability initiatives

Qualifications:

A strong background in the culinary arts ideally within upscale or fine dining establishments
Demonstrated passion for sustainability and environmental awareness
Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence change in culinary practices
Experience in public speaking, workshop facilitation, or community engagement
Understanding of environmental regulations and best practices within the food industry
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
