- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are executed to high-quality standards
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient practices in all construction and renovation projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Supervise facility maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate project progress and quality control
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or real estate sector
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets effectively
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Certification or licensure in project management is an advantage
