Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or real estate sector
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets effectively
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills

- Certification or licensure in project management is an advantage
