Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to our industry
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and requirements
Manage the entire hiring process from advertising roles to onboarding successful candidates
Build and maintain a compelling employer brand through various channels
Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent area of study
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field
Demonstrated success in employing innovative sourcing techniques
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
