Manage food and beverage operations, including procurement, budgeting, and inventory management
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in culinary leadership within the hospitality industry
