Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the university's influence and impact within the region and globally
Collaborate with faculty and administrators to identify and prioritize key institutional initiatives
Oversee the planning and execution of programs that support the university's mission and strategic goals
Establish and nurture partnerships with local, regional, and international governmental and non-profit organizations
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across various functional areas within the university

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a related field; terminal degree preferred
Proven leadership experience within academia or public service sectors
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Experience in cultivating partnerships with government, non-profit, and corporate entities
