Position Overview

As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to drive our company's growth. Working closely with our hiring managers, you will build relationships, manage recruitment processes, and ultimately help us build a world-class team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Participate in employer branding activities
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
