Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Collaborate with department heads to assess and address employee satisfaction and career growth opportunities
Lead initiatives focused on skill enhancement, career development, and mentorship programs
Organize and execute company-wide events promoting a positive and inspiring work environment
Administer surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and employee recognition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Proven experience in employee engagement, talent management, or related HR functions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
