Olin Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our team as a Corporate Communications Specialist. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic internal and external communications initiatives that support our business objectives and enhance our corporate reputation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively convey the company's messages to both internal and external audiences.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, social media, and internal communications.
Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Monitor and analyze media coverage; prepare and distribute media briefs.
Act as a spokesperson for the company as needed.
Manage crisis communications and provide support in sensitive situations.
Support executive leadership in crafting presentations and speeches.
Oversee the production of internal newsletters and other employee communications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven track record in corporate communications or related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in digital and social media platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Experience in crisis communications is a plus.
