At Darden Restaurants, we are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the environment while driving excellence in sustainability. We are looking for an Environmental Steward to join our team based in the vibrant state of Florida.

Position: Sustainable Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance environmental sustainability within our operations.
Evaluate and monitor environmental performance metrics to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices across all levels of the organization.
Conduct environmental assessments and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to team members to promote a culture of environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, or related areas.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and inspire others towards sustainability goals.
Capability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop actionable plans.
