Job Description:

We are searching for a dynamic individual to aid us in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies and processes, identifying key talent pools, fostering relationships with potential candidates, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their staffing needs
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Enhance and maintain our employer brand to attract top talent
Assist in creating job descriptions and job specifications
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR roles
Demonstrated success in implementing innovative recruiting techniques and strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus
