We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team at Marseille-Provence Environmental Research Institute, based in the picturesque region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to contribute to our groundbreaking research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing and evaluating candidates
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
Guide and support candidates through the application and interview process
Participate in career events and networking activities to promote our institute and attract top talent

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing
